System Upgrade – Disruption to Service – 31st January – 7th February

We have a planned system upgrade taking place Thursday 31st January from 13:00 through to close of business Friday 1st February 2019. We are upgrading our operating system which will help us to become more efficient and ultimately give us the platform to improve our service to you.

This week will be business as usual up to Thursday 31st at 13:00. At this point order entry will stop and this will remain the situation throughout Friday 1st Feb.
We will still be accepting new orders should you call/email to place an order however if ordered after 13:00 on Thursday 31st January then it will not be dispatched until Monday 4th February at the earliest.

We are still open during this period and will be fully contactable for anything else you might need.
Please also note that Webtex will be unavailable during this time.

From Thursday 31st onwards, service will look like this…

Orders received Thursday 31st January
Orders placed before 1pm will dispatch same day.
Orders placed after 1pm we aim to dispatch Monday 4th February

Orders received Friday 1st February
We will aim to dispatch Tuesday 5th February

Orders received Monday 4th February
We will aim to dispatch Wednesday 6th February

Orders received Tuesday 5th February
Orders placed before 1pm we aim to dispatch Wednesday 6th February
Orders placed after 1pm we aim to dispatch Thursday 7th February

Orders received Wednesday 6th February
Orders placed before 1pm we aim to dispatch Thursday 7th February
Orders placed after 1pm will dispatch Friday 8th February

Orders received Thursday 7th February
Orders placed before 1pm will dispatch Friday 8th February
Orders placed after 1pm will dispatch Friday 7th February

Orders received up until the usual cut off point should dispatch same day.

Things you will need to know post go live…

  • After February 1st you will notice that our system generated documentation will look slightly different, this will still have the Clarke & Clarke and Studio G branding and will remain clear and recognisable.
  • Your C&C account number will change however you may continue to quote your current account number when placing orders.
  • Webtex will not be accessible during the system downtime however this will become available again from Monday 4th February
